India announces new tariff for select commodities

India’s Central Board of Customs & Excise has notified changes in the tariff value of various commodities, including crude palm oil, crude soybean oil, all grades of brass scrap, poppy seeds, areca nuts, gold and silver.

It said the following tables should be substituted for those in the original notification:
